At M&D Furniture Sales Corp., we offer a full refund if an item is received in defective condition.
• The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item will be inspected by a specialist to confirm the defect.
• If confirmed, the customer will receive a full refund, with no requirement for.

Repair or replacement

M&D Furniture will cover return shipping costs in verified cases.
• This policy does not apply to damages caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or customer modifications.
