Out of State Shipping

We currently do NOT offer shipping any further than 150 miles away from Miami, FL.

Delays

Delivery estimates are "good faith" estimates only. M&D Furniture will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Items Received Damaged

Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you are required to sign for the items and then refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.

Returns

• Returns for items purchased online are accepted within 48 hours after delivery, only if the merchandise did not meet your expectations.
• Refunds will cover the purchase price plus applicable taxes, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Certain returns may be subject to additional fees, including:
• Pick-up fee
• Re-delivery fee
• Restocking fee
• Other charges for specific cases such as doorstep delivery, mattresses, and foundations.
• Items delivered through UPS must be returned via UPS at the customer’s expense.
• You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the same condition it was delivered.
• Once the merchandise has been returned to our warehouse, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

      Have your original sales order number available to expedite your request.

Order Cancellation

•Online orders may be canceled only before the merchandise is loaded onto the delivery truck, which generally occurs three (3) days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
•Orders with express or next-day delivery are not eligible for cancellation.
•Once the merchandise has been loaded, the order cannot be canceled and will be handled under our return policy.
•Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
•Orders may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions.
