Out of State Shipping

We currently do NOT offer shipping any further than 150 miles away from Miami, FL.

Delays

Delivery estimates are "good faith" estimates only. M&D Furniture will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Items Received Damaged

Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you are required to sign for the items and then refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.

Returns

Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. Returns made after the item(s) have been delivered and accepted must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center. Orders with a value of $500, plus, which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30 percent, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.
