We place all furniture inside the front door of your home or to the first floor/lobby of your apartment or condo building.*
Customer Delivery Conditions and Responsibilities
Each customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture.
Home Preparation:
Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery. Coco Furniture Gallery is not responsible for any damages that may occur during a delivery as a result of your home being unprepared.
What's not included:
- Placement of furniture into specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Any necessary assembly
Delivery Appointment Confirmation: We will contact all customers by email, text, and phone to confirm their delivery date. You must confirm your delivery appointment by replying to the message by 12pm the day prior to your delivery date. If the appointment is not confirmed, the delivery appointment will be cancelled which could result in stock delays. Deliveries scheduled within two days will be automatically confirmed at the time of scheduling.
You have 1 day to alert us of any damages or defects.
